Ruslan combines strong leadership and management skills with solid experience in finance and investments. He oversees the company’s strategy and operations, leading his team in identifying unique investment opportunities and closing multi-million-dollar deals. Ruslan is dedicated to building lasting relationships with partners and clients while driving sustainable growth and delivering results for the company and its stakeholders.

Ruslan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Lund School of Economics and Management.

Asad has 4 years of expertise in both private and public capital markets. With a background as the Head of Deal Execution at a London-based investment banking boutique, Asad has gained valuable insights from working with 100+ tech startups. He has raised over $10M of his clients. Asad also has prior experience as a Co-Founder of a hardware company in the oil&gas industry.

Asad holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Leon has a background as an innovative entrepreneur with deep expertise in start-ups, fundraising, tech products, and digitization. As the CEO of IMPACT Capital of the DACH Region, he excels in identifying, evaluating, and investing in high-potential ventures and growth-stage companies across DACH and Europe.

Leon studied International Business Management and finished City University of Applied Sciences in Bremen. Have a Bachelor of Arts degree. Also studied in East China Normal University in Shanghai.

16 years of capital management experience, overseeing over 100 million dollars. Developed financial and market risk management systems in banks, family offices, and investment firms.
